important gurbaanee words

1. sree/siree—this word is from sanskrit language, actual word and correct pronunciation isĀ  shree/shiree. To speak with s sound is an insult to the person, place or the holy book, use sh sound to have correct meaning.

shree/shiree means goddess Lachhami and grace. sree/siree means a small head of goat, snake, corpse etc., a bier to carry the dead body for cremation, created etc. In gurbaanee the word shree/shiree is used for Lachhami and grace.
